From 2014 to 2017, the number of households increased from just under 8,000 to over 12,000. While the median income fell nearly 40%, incomes in Desert Hot Springs didn’t drop across the board. The same is the case for Coachella."

Desert Hot Springs and the Coachella Valley are continuing  to be HOT Investment areas.
